Template monster
It’s been some time that I wanted a Flash gallery. I built mine last year, fully dynamic. But I had no admin panel and had to modifiy the XML files and upload the pictures manually. At first that didn’t sound painful. Actually, it was on the long run and soon enough I realized that I stopped maintaining the gallery.
Template Monster has been my savior since they released their dynamic Flash gallery. Of course, given the price, I had looked at other options. My Flash XML was one of them. But the reason I didn’t choose the later was because they weren’t exactly focused on a photo gallery and there was no admin panel. Beside, struggling with XML files is fine if you don’t modify them often, but given the amount of information they had put there, it would have been tedious to maintain.
So, to make a long story short, the dynamic gallery of Template Monster was exactly what I needed.
Though, as a software developper, I had to modifiy some part of the code to add more security and to make it suits my needs better.
